About

I'm Jason Shore. I'm building a team that proves a video platform can be a true partner.

What I Do

I'm the CEO and co-founder of Sardius Media, where we simplify, automate, and scale media storage and distribution for broadcasters. Last year alone, we helped organizations reach over half a billion viewer minutes.

I'm most interested in how we build the team, proving that a technology company can operate differently, serve with excellence, and create real partnership with the organizations we work with.

With a Computer Graphics degree from Purdue and over three decades in tech, I've spent my career solving complex problems for organizations worldwide. My focus now is helping organizations with large global broadcast events, making sure they not only reach their audience but actually achieve their digital goals.

How I Think

I'm a strategic thinker who gets energized by long-term planning and spotting trends before they're obvious. I love generating original solutions to complex challenges, especially where media and technology intersect. But ideas without execution are just ideas, so I spend a lot of my time translating vision into actionable plans.

I believe the best answer wins, even when it's not my idea. That takes humility and acknowledging that we need each other to get where we want to go.

Beyond Work

My faith shapes how I lead and how I live. It's the foundation for everything else, including how we operate at Sardius. I live in Kansas City with my wife and two sons. When there's time left over, you'll find me playing sports with my boys or cheering for the Indianapolis Colts (yes, even from Kansas City).

Why I Write

This site is me thinking out loud. I notice things, dig into them, and share what I find. Leadership, technology, faith, and what it looks like to build a company while trying to be a good husband and dad. No niche. No content strategy. Just processing what I'm learning.
